Talbot Group commenced its investment in Berkeley Resources on the 28th April 2009. The initial investment was a purchase of shares on market at a price of $1.00. Since that time, Talbot Group has continued to increase its investment in Berkeley Resources. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Berkeley Resources as at 30 April 2010 is 1,109,850.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Berkeley Resources remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
