Talbot Group commenced its investment in Bellzone Mining on the 15th June 2008. The initial investment was in an unlisted vehicle. The company has subsequently listed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Bellzone Mining as at 30th April 2010 is 20,000,000.

Accordingly, as at 30th April 2010, Bellzone Mining remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
