Talbot Group commenced its investment in Cloncurry Metals on the 3rd September 2007. The initial investment was via the IPO at a price of $0.25. Since that time, Talbot Group has maintained its investment in Cloncurry Metals. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Cloncurry Metals as at 30 April 2010 is 5,834,000.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Cloncurry Metals remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
