Talbot Group commenced its investment in Goldminex Resources on the 23rd October 2007. The initial investment was via the IPO at a price of $0.75. Since that time, Talbot Group has continued to increase its investment in Goldminex Resources. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Goldminex Resources as at 30 April 2010 is 12,456,816.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Goldminex Resources remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
