Talbot Group commenced its investment in Karoon Gas Australia on the 19th April 2007. The initial investment was a purchase of shares on the market at a price of $2.17. Since that time, Talbot Group has continued to increase its investment in Karoon Gas Australia. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Karoon Gas Australia as at 30 April 2010 is 26,317,356.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Karoon Gas Australia remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
