Talbot Group commenced its investment in Laramide Resources on the 17th August 2007. The initial investment was a purchase of shares on the market at a price of C$5.88. Since that time, Talbot Group has continued to increase its investment in Laramide Resources. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Laramide Resources as at 30 April 2010 is 950,000.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Laramide Resources remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
