Talbot Group commenced its investment in Metallica Minerals on the 27th April 2009 as part of their partial takeover of Queensland Ores. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Metallica Minerals as at 30 April 2010 is 557,727.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Metallica Minerals remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
