Talbot Group commenced its investment in Marathon Resources on the 18th October 2006. The initial investment was a purchase of shares on the market at a price of $0.79. Since that time, Talbot Group has continued to increase its investment in Marathon Resources. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Marathon Resources as at 30 April 2010 is 15,531,089.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Marathon Resources remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
