Talbot Group commenced its investment in Sundance Resources on the 22nd March 2007. The initial investment was a purchase of shares on the market at a price of $0.09. Since that time, Talbot Group has continued to increase its investment in Sundance Resources. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Sundance Resources as at 30 April 2010 is 433,791,352.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Sundance Resources remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
