Talbot Group commenced its investment in Southern Hemisphere Mining on the 19th November 2007. The initial investment was via placement of shares at a price of C$0.40. Since that time, Talbot Group has maintained its investment in Southern Hemisphere Mining. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Southern Hemisphere Mining as at 30 April 2010 is 1,748,000.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Southern Hemisphere Mining remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
