Talbot Group commenced its investment in Southern Uranium on the 26th March 2007. The initial investment was via the IPO at a price of $0.20. Since that time, Talbot Group has maintained its investment in Southern Uranium. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Southern Uranium as at 30 April 2010 is 16,706,881.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Southern Uranium remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
