Talbot Group commenced its investment in Sphere Investments on the 28th May 2008. The initial investment was a purchase of shares on the market at a price of $3.36. Since that time, Talbot Group has continued to increase its investment in Sphere Investments. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Sphere Investments as at 30 April 2010 is 4,543,600.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Sphere Investments remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
