Talbot Group commenced its investment in Tiger Resources on the 9th April 2008. The initial investment was via a placement of shares at a price of $0.45. Since that time, Talbot Group has maintained its investment in Tiger Resources. The total number of shares held by Talbot Group in Tiger Resources as at 30 April 2010 is 2,200,000.

Accordingly, as at 30 April 2010, Tiger Resources remains an important component of the Talbot Group resources portfolio.
